Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we do not offer refunds, EXCHANGE ONLY if item not sold out!!! Or an e-gift credit.
To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging is possible.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from Approved by M3 or In Her Bliss Fashions.
There are certain situations where an exchange will NOT be granted:( If applicable) *Obvious signs of use *Removed tags (Please do not remove tags!!) *Any item not in its original conditions, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. *Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Exchanges (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and you will receive a store credit in the amount of the item purchased, not shipping costs. Theres a flat shipping fee if orders are under 70lbs and in the US. (if ordering over a certain amount discounted code will automatically be entered to receive free shipping).
